Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Pol (“Pol,” “the Service”), operated by Loganzev (“we,” “us,” “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Pol.

The Service

POL turns a short company brief and up to three public webpage links into a newsletter draft. You choose when to make each issue, review it, save it, and download Markdown to share with your team. The pack does not include scheduled delivery, email sending, or a wider web search.

Accounts

You need an account to use Pol. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use. You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Pol to research or distribute unlawful content, to harass or surveil individuals, to scrape sources in violation of their terms, or to attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

Your $10 newsletter pack

Pay USD $10 once for five newsletter credits through Stripe. There is no subscription, renewal, or automatic refill. Credits do not expire. One completed newsletter uses one credit; reading, saving, and downloading it use no extra credits.

When a generation is confirmed to have failed, its credit is restored. If the result is still being checked, the credit stays on hold until that check finishes. Contact loganhorowitz2@gmail.com to request a refund for unused credits. These terms do not limit rights you have under applicable law.

AI-generated content

Briefings are AI-generated research summaries produced by automated agents reading public sources. They may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Pol does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any briefing for a particular purpose. Verify anything important before you rely on it to make a decision.

Intellectual property

We own the Service, including its software, design, and branding. Your input remains yours. You may download and share your drafts while respecting the rights of the sources they reference. You allow us to process your input to provide the Service.

Termination

You may stop using Pol and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if we discontinue the product, with notice where reasonably possible.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pol and Loganzev are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on AI-generated briefings. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We’ll update the date at the top of this page when we do, and material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
